premier Design Build Controls Contractor and HVAC Manufacturers Representatives. Our team
consists of three departments: Controls-Design Build, HVAC Equipment Sales, and Test &
Balance.
Whether dealing with a basic temperature controls system or a
sophisticated Building Automation System our engineering and installation capabilities are
especially strong. We have the only technicians in this area that are factory certified to
install variable frequency drives. We are also experts in power factor correction and
lighting retrofits. Our staff of experienced, factory trained, personnel are the most
technically capable in the area. We represent the following manufacturers that are leaders

Our Test & Balance department consists of National
Environmental Balancing Bureau trained technicians. We have extensive experience in the
areas of HVAC systems testing and balancing of both air and hydronic systems, as well as
sound and vibration measurements on any HVAC equipment.
