John A. Holland, founder of the Company, is the Chairman of the Board of Control and Equipment. He is a graduate of Texas A & M University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. His extensive experience in Control Systems Engineering, Project Management, System Installation, Automatic Controls and the Energy Management field goes back to 1953.
John M. Holland is a graduate of Texas A & M University with an Engineering Technology degree. He started with Control and Equipment Company in 1982 as a technician. In 1990 he started as a Controls Application Engineer and in the Test & Balance Department. He holds the Class 'A' Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Commercial License and is the Chief Executive Officer of Control and Equipment Company. He has served as a Past President of the El Paso ASHRAE Chapter.
William E. Farrish joined the Company in December 1977 and is President of Control and Equipment. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He has been involved in the HVAC industry of El Paso since 1970. He has extensive background in system Test and Balance, EMCS Engineering, Project Management, and Control Engineering.
Control and Equipment Company has 5 Degreed Engineers on-staff and over thirty employees dedicated to quality service.
