PAST PROJECT REFERENCES

The quality of our Energy Management and Control Systems and workmanship is evidenced by the long list of satisfied customers that have installed our Siebe EMC Systems at their facilities. In fact, this list represents more than 50% of the total control jobs ever done in the El Paso area. Some of the past EMCS installations include:

El Paso Community College Facility Management System (FMS)
The initial installation was carried out at the Valle Verde campus in 1979 with over 300 connected points.  The results obtained were so satisfactory that the Community College converted all of the campuses from a pneumatic control system to Invensys Direct Digital Control (DDC) system.  The system consists of four campuses and various small buildings communicating to a central computer at the Valle Verde campus.  The total connected points now exceed 16,000.  The representatives for the El Paso Community College’s FMS are Cecil Lance and Larry Galvan, phone (915) 831-2280.

El Paso County Courthouse EMC System
The initial installation was carried out at the El Paso County Courthouse in 1992 with 2000 original points. Again, the system was expanded to cover the County Archives Building and County Morgue. The actual system consists of approximately 3000 points. The name of the representative is Ted Traffansted, phone (915) 546-2009.
El Paso Independent School District EMC System
The initial installation was carried out at Bowie High School in 1986 with only 100 points. The EMCS has been expanded to 83 campuses communicating to central administrative offices and consists of approximately 15,000 connected points with planned expansion of system to 20,000 points in three years. The name of the representative is Librado Lara, phone (915) 779-4104.

Veterans' Administration Hospital
The system was put on line in 1993 with approximately 3000 connected points.

Providence/Cliff Medical Center
The system was on line in 1993 with 500 connected points.

Holloman Air Force Base
The system installation is on-going, currently on line with approximately 1800 connected points.
